How to order

You will need to print the order form to indicate your selections.

To order by phone

Complete the order form and call at +1 613-727-1788. We accept phone orders between the hours of 9am to 5pm EST. Please have your credit card ready.

To order by mail

Complete the order form and mail to:

Discounts

Volume purchases

Discounts will be applied to volume purchases when either of the following two conditions occur:

A 10% discount will be given for a single-order purchase of 10 to 24 copies.
A 15% discount will be given for a single-order purchase of 25 or more copies.

Not-for-profit organizations

A special discount will be given to not-for-profit and educational organizations. Please indicate whether your organization is a not-for-profit or educational institution when you complete the order form.

Shipping

You have several delivery methods from which to choose. Refer to the following tables for your delivery options and costs.

**Shipping within Canada (Rate in $CAD)**
